In general, we start our lives out by going to school and getting an education. We travel, get jobs, start families, and supposedly, the older we get, the wiser we become. But we are somewhat left to our own devices when it comes to developing our personal confidence and self-esteem to pursue new ventures, overcome childhood wounds, or simply find balance and happiness in our everyday lives.

The self-growth and holistic industries are growing and the stigma attached to mental health is shrinking, but it is still there.

It is a personal goal of mine to refresh one tiny little corner of this industry, and to make self-growth material more accessible to all ages, genders, and incomes.
